2018 turned out to be a very promising year for 30A real estate! Compared to 2017, we saw an increase in the average sale price of homes (which includes both condos and lot sales), as well as the average price per square foot.
Condos, in particular, saw a 54% increase in total sales volume, a 49% increase in average sale price, and the average price per square foot rose from $443 to $543!
