The Artist Bazaar happens all throughout October 2013 through December 2013 from 10 AM to 3 PM. Artist Bazaar is a creative marketplace for vendors and artists to showcase and sell their creations at one of the greatest art locales in Walton County, the Artists at Gulf Place in the Gulf Place Community Center, located at the corner of 30A & 393.

Admission: Cost is $75 for CAA members and $85 for not-yet members and all supplies are included.
Class dates are November 14, 15 and December 5, 6 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. In these classes, Mary will teach the class how to make holiday-themed glass art, angels, and Christmas trees with a workshop on composition, using glass cutting tools, and how to create different glass artwork designs on a 12×12 canvas or wooden board. The class is open for all skill levels and does not require any prior mosaic experience. The finished products will be great for decorating your homes or as gifts for loved ones.

Reoccurring from November 26 through December 25. Grand Boulevard’s 4 annual “Festival of Trees” will showcase more than a dozen uniquely decorated Christmas trees from different non-profit organizations. The trees will be judged on their decorations and winners will be declared at 6 PM. The trees with the most votes will win the People’s Choice Award and will be announced on Dec. 21, 2 PM in Grand Park by Santa Claus.

3 actors stage a mutiny in what appears to be a pared-down version of the Dickens classic in an effort to breathe new life into an old tradition. They attempt to tell “Every Christmas Story Ever Told” in only 50 minutes. Ebenezer Scrooge is also there, but it looks like he morphs into Jimmy Stewart, combining two of the greatest stories ever told.
